1. General Information

1.1. IATGP is a not-for-profit organization governed by the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (CNCA).

1.2. The website provides informational, educational and organizational content related to the activities, programs and standards of the Association.

1.3. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, members, applicants and certified specialists.

 

2. No Professional Advice

2.1. Materials published on the website are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2.2. Content published by IATGP does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

2.3. Users remain fully responsible for their own professional decisions and actions.

 

3. Membership and Certification

3.1. Access to certain sections of the website may be restricted to registered members or certified practitioners.

3.2. Membership and certification are governed by separate documents, including but not limited to:

• Certification Policy
   

• Membership Fees Policy
   

• Ethical & Professional Code
   

3.3. Use of the website does not automatically confer membership, certification or any professional status.

3.4. Membership, certification, accreditation or participation in any programs of IATGP do not constitute an employment relationship with the Association and do not guarantee employment, job placement, income, number of clients, professional success or any specific economic, career or business outcome.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

4.1. All content, trademarks, logos, texts and visual materials on the website are the intellectual property of IATGP unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Any use of the IATGP name, logo or brand elements is permitted only in accordance with the Brand Policy.

4.3. Unauthorized use, reproduction or modification of website content is prohibited.
